We want to link young, promising and qualified researchers of different origin to discuss new creative approaches on conflict resolution, peacebuilding and reconciliation. The aim of the summer school is, on the one hand, to impart knowledge and, on the other hand, to share knowledge. The acquired skills shall have a positive impact both on scientific research and on occupational practice. The participation at more than one summer school is possible and recommendable, if a profound training on the subject is desired. Every participant will receive a certificate.
Relevant disciplines may be: political science, psychology, law, contemporary history, sociology, theology, religious sciences, linguistics, cultural sciences, and Africa studies.
The summer school wants to be a forum to discuss research matters and invites the participants to present their own research projects. Thus, they can benefit from the expertise of the referees and the other participants.
